Spot On! is a merchants registration & round management tool for recurrent events owners.

This tool is designed to make it simpler to have your customers register for the event(s) you are organizing. As Event Owner, you will have terminals that will help you manage your event.

The system includes an owner terminal plus a registration terminal or box, for which the event owner decides:

> any number and type of elements needed from the merchant for the registration (texture, notecard, landmark)
> registration fee amount
> active registration period of the terminal/box (one, two or more days/week)
> registration elements to be given to merchants

Registration terminal in world, one single registration point for merchants to come and register.

- the event owner decides where to place it.
- many registration terminal possible at the same place
- merchants will have to load the registration terminal with the items
decided by the event owner (texture, notecard, landmark)
- once checked that they are not already registered, the merchant will pay the fee

Owner terminal
- maintains a list of registered shops
- creates a list of shops whose registration did not end with a payment
- add / edit existing shops
- create a new round
- fill the hud (if available/chosen)

Registration terminal/box given to the merchant

- accepts registrations only when decided by the event owner
- keeps the shop name and landmark for reuse in between rounds (only textures and notecards have to be added every round)
- the merchant must authorize to take money from his/her account in order to pay the box

- maintains a list of registered shops
- add / edit existing shops
- create a new round
- fill the Shopping Hud (if available)

--- How does it work + prices

This tool works via subscription, with a price based on what fee you charge to the event participants each round/event. The price will be 10% of the requested fee if you include a Hud, or 8% without any.

For example, you host a monthly event, for which you request a 500L$ participation/registration fee.
When your participants registers and pay for a new round, for each of them Virtualty receives 50L$ (10%) – if you chose the Hud option – or otherwise 40L$ (8%). In the end, it works like on commission, with no money to be paid upfront.

Since this tool must be calibrated on the event’s owner requirements, and event specifications, it can’t be bought like a normal package tool from a kiosk or from Marketplace. Contact us to request it.
