BUYER BEWARE. Flawed product and NO CSR.
From a creator to another: very few things are worse than a creator that never updates wares and prices to follow trend, then disappear from the world and just cash out the profits. It shows indifference and lack of care towards the people that pay for your food.
Normally.... often in fact... these products are very good. And we USED TO have some level of customer support and a store in world.
A couple weeks past I attempted to contact this creator, in the several venues listed in his profile as well as in world sore and IM/NC, to redeliver this and another two products I purchased a long while ago. Of course, no one has a 10+ years proof of purchase, but in 10 years RL happens, both empires and people rise and fall. While I did expect a 'no' for an answer, I did hope for SOME contact. Yes, RL happens but unless he is dead, the internet is still viable.
Still, I waited. One week wait is more than reasonable time for a reply. But as I was in a bit of a hurry I chose to repurchase this item, instead of waiting yet another week for the contact. And started my work.
But now, even if poorer, I am more knowledgeable. Now I can work my mesh better. I found a FLAW on the mesh face that cannot be fixed without the DAE of the mesh and that renders my work completely useless.
I can show everyone who wants to see it in world.
Wait for a redelivery? Wishful thinking. Wait for a refund? Wishful thinking. There is no customer support if you want to buy stuff from this creator. There will be no pre-sales or post-sales CSR. You will have a flawed product in your hand.
So you're warned.
