Not rigged
As it is not rigged that makes this skirt about as useless and pointless as other fully sculpted skirts. In my opinion, one which I have seen in other reviews of this creator's products, calling it mesh but without rigging the WORN item is totally misleading. There is not even any way for the buyer to rig it themselves. The creator has told me that they understand and when they rig it they will send me the rigged version, but I have waited weeks and that has not happened, so this review will stay unchanged until this promise is kept.
Other than that it is a beautiful skirt style and a well crafted item.
