How to Apply to Region Terrain (via Region Details):

1. Open the World menu and select Region Details.
2. In the Region/Estate window, go to the Terrain tab.
3. Under the Textures section, check PBR Metallic roughness box
4. Drag PBR Gltf file from Inventory to Each Window and click Apply

How to Apply to Mesh:

1. Upload the textures to your inventory in Second Life.
2. Select the mesh object where you want to apply the texture.
3. Open the Build/Edit menu, at Textures tab drag the whole Gltf file to PBR settings tab from Inventory
4. Adjust the texture scale, repeats, and rotation to fit your specific design. Check Synchronize Materials
