A cel-shaded creature that features every body part encased in prims made to create the illusion of cel-shading.
Included are two hats that fit perfectly onto two of the eyes, hats that will make those around you quake in terror at the authority you now command with your hats.
Works fine with any viewer, alpha texture compatibility not needed.
