This is a paint livery applier for the Jupiter AG Volta EV-C.
Dubbed "Voltini", the design is based on the famous Martini Racing livery that adorns many real race cars around the world.
This livery consists of a wearable Spray Can applier that you attach to your avatar. Simply go into mouselook and look at your Volta, press your mouse button, and within seconds you'll have a nice new paint applied.
