Everything full permission to be able to use it in the builds you want to sell. Just make sure not to redistribute the textures and sculptmap without the proper authorizations (either copy/mod or mod/trans).

Prim count varies by how volumetric and how long you want your lightbeam to be. The example on the picture and added to the pack is a total of 10 prims (including window and light on the floor)

The lightrays are totally volumetric as seen in one of the pictures (just move your camera through the lightbeam while looking at the window to see the rays move around).
