1) Rez out form your inventory.
2) Click button and see menu, click "question" then type your question in local chat and hit "enter" you will then see your question being shown for all to read.
3) All you do next is just click button and choose to vote "yes or no".
4) To reset click button and click reset, that will make all votes back to zero.
5) To have no question, simply click question and type "****" then enter or you can delete voting panel as you can rez as many as you want needed.
6) Please note that any person may vote yes or no, however they cannot vote on same question, i have done it this way to prevent cheating.
