This script is a freebie that will lock your avatar until a certain number of people vote for it to be unlocked. Each Other Avatar Gets 1 Vote, and by default 3 are needed total to release. "Yea" Votes add time and Remove Current Votes, "Nay" Votes Remove Time and Add Current Votes. The Current Votes cannot exceed their max, or fall below 0. There is no upper limit on the time lock. By Default the Lock timer starts at 24 real time hours. (Offline time counts). Release may be delayed by upto 30 seconds beyond the clock. Locks 10 seconds after wearing, or immediately upon clicking "Lock" or logging in. Should not contribute significant lag (especially seeing as the majority of the script is handled locally under modern LSL)
