Simply rez it out, change the description, and it's ready to go. Then, have people click the green panel to vote Yes, the red panel to vote No, and the center grey panel to Abstain.
And that's really all there is to it.
Unless you want to configure it… In which case you can restrict voting to group or close it entirely, decide whether the current result is shown during the vote, deny abstainee votes, and ban certain people from using it.
It's a very simple moddable prim cube, so you can dress it up to suit your needs. (Remember, I'm a scripter, not an artist!)
