From Warhammer 40.000, the Commissar's hat are here. The meshes and textures unique, primarily made for the Solarian head shape with larger hair mesh, but can be fit with smaller hairs and with other avatars like Jomo's Dragon's Head shape. I've tested it myself.
Sadly, i dont yet have access permission to more other avatars to test, but if you want me to make for other avatars, contact me, and i see what can i do.
