This boathouse has been specifically designed to accommodate 2 SAILBOATS with their masts intact. There are steps leading to a railed viewing/party verandah which runs around the top.
Overall measurement is approximately 20.6m x 19.2m and each berth space is 14.5m x 5.5m and this can be altered by shifting the centre walkway or by removing it completely. It is made entirely of prims and is easily stretchable to accommodate big or small boats.
It is available in blue and grey but can be retextured to suit your own requirements.
