DELUXE Edition features an added "Black" version with many other customization options and textures. This edition is perfect for those looking to change the mood of the standard light themed skybox.
Our Starter Skybox is the perfect beginner's apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bath with an open floor plan, and plenty of extra spaces including our walk-out balcony, 2 tri-fold door closets, and a walk-in closet attached to the bedroom.
Overall size is roughly 18x5x14 meters.
Land impact is 209 as is, we're working on providing a lower impact option in the future.
HDRI: Need an HDRI Skyscape? We've included our LA Cityscape with all editions.

Looking to customize this apartment even more? We've got you covered with our AO Edition (Sold Separately) which includes a separate mesh for the walls, floor, and ceiling adds Ambient Occlusion maps that YOU can texture yourself. Take these into photoshop and make a starter skybox of your own. You can also combine these AO Edition parts with the other editions to get the most out of your custom apartment. (This edition is only recommended to those with advanced texturing/photoshop experience). Does not include wall, floor and ceiling textures.

Baked Lighting
Good mesh with plenty of detail, but the skybox features baked-in texture lighting that cannot be turned off or removed without manual retexturing and the doors fail to function properly when resized. An excellent first effort and very functional otherwise if baked lighting does not bother you.
Awesome and Small
Very nice and it's the exact size I was looking for.... If you're looking for a big place then this is not gonna work for you.....
Actually a 1 bedroom Apartment.
This is a realistically sized 1 bedroom apartment you'd find in a town or a city. And honestly? this is really refreshing and rare. The marketplace is plagued with nothing but gigantic and luxurious 'apartments', so this place deserves a 5+ stars for feeling real.
I recommend this for people who want to live in a realistic space with all the correct accommodations found in a typical 1 bedroom layout, not a dream penthouse or luxurious super loft or 2 level place.
Great for roleplay and playing characters who aren't stupidly rich, or if you want a more modest SL living. I highly recommend it. 10/10 perfection.
Looks great but
It does look great but no its not very open or useable with alot of stuff . Its definatly very limited due to the size scale of it . I feel it should be at the least doubled the size scale for depth and width . height is decent.
This needs a demo
I am rating this one star for two reasons. One: I am not satisfied with my purchase. And two: it isn't hard to make a demo of this product for the marketplace, but there isn't one. Why not? Is there one, and I am just missing it?
The listing for this describes it as 'open'. It is very small IMO, and the rooms seem cramped. I can not stand in a room and see my avatar without being zoomed in very close, nearly in mouse-look. The additional textures are nice, but I would not pay extra linden for them. The bathroom floor looks very strange to me, especially. At most, I'd probably pay 500L for this. I am not trying to slander or be rude about this product just because it isn't what I want. I would 100% purchase this again if it were bigger, more open, and if the floor in the bathroom wasn't so misaligned (it may be tiles, and I'm just cross-eyed looking at it.) I love Wazzer and the stuff y'all make, but this just wasn't for me.

Love the details and the HUD that you get with this, it's really neat, it's kinda the perfect bachelor pad imo!
