[WC] Costa Del Sol Villa

This build is the third of the five that make up Costa del Sol. In the game this is where you are able to buy the Shin-ra villa. Though that is its base, this Item can be used for residential or commercial. Made of Prims, Sculpts and mesh, each category of material is linked separate to allow for lower prim impact, But as a collective, it is 53 prims.

Player must have a basic knowledge of terraforing as this build is designed to sit partially in the ground
