I do appreciate when customers leave reviews of my products, because I am always looking for ways to improve quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

I will suggest, that when leaving a negative review, a little more detail about why you are unhappy with the product, is more helpful to both the seller and potential buyers. Your issues with the product cannot be addressed if you do not shed more light on why you are not satisfied. Furthermore, I cannot help you with your problem, if you do not contact me to tell me what it is.

For customers that have legitimate reasons for dis-satisfaction, I tend to refund their lindens. For those that leave nothing but negative remarks but no insight into those negative remarks, I do not feel obligated to offer a refund. Nor do I feel obligated to contact the negative reviewers in-world, for the simple fact that a customer support request notecard is included in ever Wolfmoon Designs package for this very reason.

I am happy to help you. Allow me the opportunity to address the issue, and if you're still not satisfied, then chances are you will get your lindens back. It is called customer service for a reason :)

As a side note, my prices are low, not because the quality of my products is poor, but because I would rather not charge absurd amounts of lindens.
