It has sculpted stairs and doors, plus outside windows that close on touch, displaying curtains from the outside.

Also included are copyable and modifiable:

*Security panel -- open contents for instructions (can only be used by the land owner)
* ceiling fans,
* hanging light fixture,
* sculpted open-close curtains for privacy
* teleporter (simple instructions included)

Instructions for sizing and tinting the curtains are inside the curtains -- open them like a box.
