Winter version of Lake View Log Cabin. SIMPLE, LOW LAG, LAKE VIEW LOG CABIN WINTER EDITION has Land Impact (LI) or Prim Equivalent (PE) of 246 semi furnished. The house alone without the snow is 169 LI. You can use this with or without the snow add ons as well.
It has 30x40 footprint which will fit a 64x64 footprint (4096 sqm) land perfectly. This looks warm and nice on day time and even perfect for night settings with recessed lights on.
Especially designed for those who love lots of windows to see great views from inside the house, nice wooden decks, tall timber log cabin homes, and stargazing!
It has a very warm wood texture and designed to look nice even without furniture. You can see every corner look cozy and spacious. It has really nice open space and high ceilings so it is easy to move your camera around.
This has high quality tinted separate windows so you can choose which part of the view you want privacy. Please see guide in the pack.
The fireplace is has high quality script for sounds effects that just warms your heart while sitting and relaxing in front of the fire.
THIS IS PARTIAL MESH. You need mesh enabled viewers to view this item.
You can use either doors as back or front porch. The small porch has no light but with the sconce on it will light up the porch so use the lights wisely. You might only need a few of them switched on just to achieve that warm feel with recessed lights reflecting on the warm wood of the house.
Note cards included for guide and tips how to lower your Land Impact. You can always delete extra items if you do not like clutter. Just message me if you lost parts of this pack and I will send you a copy.

- Modifiable and Copy/No transfer (Do not buy twice! This is a copy item. If you need more fans for example. Just take the fan to your inventory and rez more as needed.
- Scripts are no mod so it will show as no MODIFY but it is just the scripts that is not modifiable and not the structure itself. You can resize the house and change and keep what you wish to use.

3. This is semi-furnished.
4. Copy as many plants as you wish. Make sure you link the bush afterwards to lower more land impact.
5. The following are included in the house: fireplace, winter plants, trees, deer trophy, potbelly stove, snow piles, snow emitter, snow platforms, wall frame, sconces, recessed lights, and fan.
If you need parts of the house like walls logs modified just IM me so I I can make it in mesh for you or send you specific parts you need if you like renovating, decorating, and adding rooms.
