2. What is this stuff for?

Message Viewer(MV) is a part of "Flex Cube System(FCS)". FCS is a system for detecting and tracking
and analyzing visitors within your parcel. FCS consists of multiple "Cube". Each cube have a particular role, such
as detecting areas or analizing or notifying.

MV is used only for debugging servers, so you do not need to assemble into other servers when you run them.
MV is used to confirm messages dynamically flowing between servers.
