2. What is this stuff for?

Visitor Tracker(VT) is a part of "Flex Cube System(FCS)". FCS is a system for detecting and tracking
and analyzing visitors within your parcel. FCS consists of multiple "Cube". Each cube have a particular role, such
as detecting areas or analizing or notifying.

VT is needed for all other servers in FCS. It generates three messages, specifically visitor list messages, avatar arrival messages, and avatar leaving messages.
Visitor List is a message that indicates snapshot of visitors at some point.
Avatar Arrival List is a message generated when someone arrived at the parcel, and Avatar Leaving List is generated when someone left the parcel.
So this server's responsibility is only detection, not processing data.
