This product is for landlords who want to use their CasperLet rental system for estate land parcels, that can be bought by the tenant.
When the ownership of the parcel has changed, the new owner of the parcel is set as tenant at the assigned rental unit (box or meter) and the sign deletes itself.
The remaining time at the rental unit is calculated by its configured price and an integer factor configured at the sign.
Example:
Rental unit price per week is L$ 100
Parcel price is set to L$ 300
Factor must be set to 3 so buying the parcel will set a remaining time of 3 weeks
A click on the sign gives a notecard and/or landmark (if a notecard and/or landmark is/are in its content)
Hovertext can show:
- object's description of the assigned rental unit
- parcel size
- max. prims
- price
You can only assign a rental unit that is..
- not already assigned to another sign
- unrented
- unlocked
Sign and rental unit must be on same region(SIM) (on different parcels, or the tenant will be able to return the rental unit)
The sign and the CasperLet rental box/meter must have the same owner.

Amazing Product! A must have for CasperLet Users with Private Estates!
The product works amazingly! Setup isn't complicated in the slightest and the documentation that is provided is well written. I highly recommend getting this if you do private estate sales with your CasperLet system.
Excellent - Works wonderfully
This does exactly what it says it will do, and does it wonderfully. It simplifies land rental sales, has active and attentive support. It is well worth the money if you have land sales that also need to use the Casperlet rental system. It is the only device I've found that adds the land buyer as a Casperlet tenant. 5 stars on this!
