This product uses the particle system to display a texture(picture,snapshot).
The particle doesn't move but the texture always face the viewer. Please watch the video!
Configurable particle parameters: size (up to 4 * 4 meters), distance from the base, glow and full bright on/off.
A transparent child prim automatically covers the particle so it is clickable.
Power on/off option
Configurable on/off hovertext (placeholders for ownername, texturename, online status)
Putting landmarks and/or notecards into its content makes it a landmark/notecard giver.
Putting more than one texture in its content makes it a slide show (configurable picture change rate)
Configurable pay buttons makes it a tip jar (owner only)
Putting a box into its content and setting one pay button makes it a vendor
Optional automatically hides the base when powered

Server included. In case you want several rezzed WKS Holo Picture objects on your region showing the same textures, giving the same landmarks/notcards or selling the same product, then you only have to put/update the inventory items(textures, landmarks, notecards, box) in the content of the server on that region and not in any rezzed WKS Holo Picture. The textures in the server must be full perm.
