If you are an estate owner and the covenant of your parcels requires your tenants to keep their parcels public, then you will need this tool, because you and your managers cannot see the ban lines of non public parcels.
This tool scans periodically the whole region for non public parcels and reports them to you and optional to your managers.
Configurable options:
- Check every X hours
- Who should get the result of the periodically scans by IM (usually you and your managers)
- Should the parcel owner (tenant) be warned
If enabled the parcel owner gets the warning
-- by dialog window if he currently is on the region.
-- else by IM
If parcel is group owned, all avatars currently on that parcel will be asked to forward the warning message to the parcel owner
- Warning message ( with placeholder for clickable tp link)
- Should the hovertext of the tool show how many parcels currently are non public
- What parcel owners should be ignored during scanning
- What parcels given by their loaction (coordinates) should be ignored during scanning

A parcel is considered public by this tool, if the checkbox "Allow public access" in "About land" window on "Access" tab is set.
