~WM~ Cedar Shop Store Mesh Building Cabin, Copy/Modify

Cedar Shop is mesh, with low land impact.

Measures approximately 15.5meters x 14.5meters x 16.5meters.

Copy/modify permissions, but keep in mind that if you unlink the parts, land impact can increase! Unlinked, there are more prims, so if you want to keep the low LI, leave it linked.

Also, resizing it or changing the root prim will break the doors, *but*.. the door scripts are full perm and the instructions are in the script, so you can just set them up again if you change something and they stop working correctly.

Doors open on collision and auto close a half minute or so later, and they open/close on touch. Since it's copy/modify, you can easily remove the doors if you prefer an open entrance, or remove the scripts and leave the doors open.

Tintable siding, trim, shingled roof, and roomy interior make it a breeze to customize the color scheme to suit your needs. Many of the faces are "easy texture", so you can apply your own easily. Large front windows and large doorway give passersby a nice view into your shop, the shrubs next to the stone steps make it friendly and inviting, and fairy lights in the shrubs add a touch of whimsy.

With just a few modifications, it would make a cozy little cabin home, too.

As an added bonus, a shorter one-story version is included, and, since some of the walls are now fused meshes, there are also separate mesh walls included to expand, customize, or use in other projects.
