The Koitrere skybox / skyhome. A cozy loft-style one-room home with a modern touch to it.

It comes in two versions, one with a higher land impact, and one with a lower. The higher one comes at 25 land impact, wheras the lower one comes at 18.

The difference between them are the LOD models, which, depending on your settings, might not even be noticeable!

The home can be resized for even more space, at the cost of higher land impact, or also shrunk down, for less.

Walls and ceiling are able to be colored to your liking, however changing textures are not recommended nor supported.
