This was exactly what I needed. I have a 1024 small parcel and any home I used would fill up the parcel. I wanted trees and grass etc...on my land but didn't want to put my home in the sky. This was perfect. It fit the bill and is well made. My only gripe and it is a small one is that there is no means to get from the ground to the house unless you fly. I installed a small tp on the trunk of the tree to the deck and now it's perfect. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks!
