It's not 100% mesh, it's partial mesh, ribbons are prims, and I needed mesh ribbons.

Super Cute!
Everything is super cute! Thank you! It' mod to which was nice because I found the ribbons not to my taste in terms of being Flexy, so I edited that a bit.
