[WS] Dvalinn Deer Tattoo Layer (ADD ME)

**This only works for the ONA Dvalinn Deer, WILL NOT work on any other avatars**

This is exactly what it says, a tattoo layer that you can apply tattoos to. It comes with a customization HUD so you can easily change the color/glow/full bright, also has a basic alpha system to hide certain parts of the tattoo layer. I've also included a devkit that has the uvmaps and a simple applier you can use to sell tattoos. I included a tattoo to get ya inked up for now til some more are made.

For now it only works for the standard deer body, no modded legs or breasts. I'll update soon to work with the canine legs from my canine kit. It covers from just below the head to just above the ankle and all the way to the end of the wrists.
