This is a very nice collar. The buckle and all is well done and it doesn't deserve the previous review at all. It does have open collar, though it's only in a single prim, which is why people probably had problems accessing it.

Since people have complained about false advertising and such (which isn't true)... PLEASE use chat commands to get the collar working. you CANNOT click the collar to get it working unless you click the prim that has the opencollar scripts in it!
