Just WEAR or ADD the Uniform in your desired size and department color, it should fit to the correct position.
You can either wear the Top with the pants and Flat Boots or the Mini Skirt and High Boots
The Flat Boots are non rigged and can be adjusted in edit mode for that perfect fit.
Wear or Add the optional Alpha Layers.
