I've updated these lovelies once again! This time, to 100% original MESH! I've also added two new animations, enabled the materials, lowered the Li and put in more texture options, (the new woods are awesome!) All of this without changing the price!
There are 16 animations in the waiting room sofa and 17 animations in each lobby sofa. All the animations pertain to waiting-type situations. Because I found out a lot of family-related places use these, there is also a baby holding animation in each seat.
The owner-only menu has 17 vinyl, and 20 wood textures, so you can mix and match colors as you like.
The floor/wall shadow is removable. A floor-only shadow prim is included so you can swap them out if you intend to have them sitting out, away from a wall. The sofas themselves are copy/mod. The scripts are copy only.
Each is offered on the marketplace individually for $250, so if you were already interested in buying more than one, this is definitely the way to go.
If you purchased one of these in the past and would like an updated version, I'd be happy to accommodate for no additional charge. No need to send transaction information. I keep pretty good records, and in the small chance I've messed up and can't find your info, I can meet you at a sandbox and check the name on your copy, (not likely to happen though.)

I was so happy as i unpacked these sofas, and they look fantastic at our State Police Departments Lobby. And all the colors looks absolutely fantastic, so much value for the Lindens. Not the last time I buy from this talented designer.

Perfect for purpose
I'm delighted with these seats, which I needed for a Post Office and a doctor's waiting room. There's a good range of seat and wood textures, and the animations are lifelike and very suitable. I added the tea service from the same shop to the side table for that special touch :o)
