This Small House/Club is only 22 Prims!!

You can add to it to create more house/club as it is modifiable and copyable. You can use your own textures to change it up how you like.

Its a house/club that is ever changing with your mood and notion.

You can change the interior design to make more space or add to it and make less space.

The possibilities are endless!

This house/club is great for people who have small parcels but wish they could have prims left to rez or build items to create looks for the house/club as well as the land.

Great as a starter home for the new comers that doesn't know what style they are looking for in their home/club.

Once upon in 2008 through early 2014 you didn't want an open house because people could peer inside your parcel and watch you and your company. Now you have the ability to have privacy on your parcel where anyone outside of your parcel can't spy on what you and your guests are doing. Which now makes this house fun for all to enjoy.
