Black wooly hat with "CYMRU" written on it showing the Welsh flag.
When you buy this item, it will show in your inventory as an object. Select "wear" and it will attach to your chin (or you could choose another attachment point) then you can adjust it as required.
The hat is modyfiable (is that even a word?!) so you can play around with how the texture sits on the hat by adjusting the horizontal and vertical repeats and offsets in the edit box..... But before you do... make a copy of the hat first... and know a little about editing ...
