To unpack it, the box is no copy, no mod and no trans, so be careful where you rez it just to unpack it firstly. Nothing more of a nuisance than needing to relog to get your item back if rezzed on mesh by accident.

Then you have the issue of this being no mod with no resizer. For landscaping purposes it will definitely hold you back making this fit if you're trying to fill a big corner. While yes it says no mod before buying, I was not expecting the corner pond to be so small. In some cases, size really does matter. If it at least had a resizer script in it, it would be perfect. Even if my land impact increased.

Unfortunately you have to use the rezzer to get the item out, which is another big inconvenience. Tried to just take out the rezzer into inventory to use instead. But since no mod, cannot delete rezzer script inside of it. So you'll have to rez the rezzer, have the rezzer delete the script then take a copy of it in your inventory so you wont have to be bothered with a rezzer. Just a bunch of inconveniences all around. I would of gladly paid even 179 just to have it be mod to avoid all of these hassles.
