WarBug Construction Kit

ATTENTION! This is a Pre-2015 WarBug kit.It is not compatible with the New WarBugs advertised below! As of 2016, old WarBugs are available at a 50% discount rate.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE WARBUG COMPONENTS ARE NOT FOR RESELLING! ALSO NOTE THAT THE SCRIPTS ARE NO-MOD!

The WarBug Construction Kit contains three different templates: One for propellor planes, one for jet engine planes and one for spaceships. The template components contain all the essential scripts, as listed below:

1. ROOT PRIM. This prim contains the actual flight physics script. It also manages the part that involves being hit by bullets. Thanks to the script in this prim, all prims in your plane will be vulnerable to WarBug airplane bullets of WarBug spaceship plasma projectiles.

2. BULLET REZZER. This prim contains the rezzer script for the bullet, as well as a WarBug combat-compatible bullet or plasma projectile.

3. PROPELLOR. Multiplying this prim will not affect any other properties of the plane. It will function properly. The Construction Kit includes a sculpt map for a two-bladed propellor that you may use.

4. GUN and EXHAUST FLAMES/FLARES. These will automatically turn 100% transparent and non-glow when the guns are not in use and the engines are turned off. Multiplying these prims will not affect any other properties of the plane.

5. LANDING GEAR. This prim contains no scripts, but is added to give support to your template plane to maintain an upright position on the ground. Replace it with the landing gear of your liking.

Publicly accessible warbugs are available. Teleport to WarBug Headquarters (see link below), click on the nearest windsock and choose from three different WarBug planes to rez and to try out for free.

Can't find any opponent worthy of your dogfighting skills? Join the WarBug Network group. A link to the group is available at WarBug Headquarters (see link below).

WarBug dogfight scores can be kept locally, by the free WarBug Score Keeper or by a WarBug Rezzer. Scores will be kept in any sim that has a Score Keeper or a Warbug Rezzer. Local scores can be reviewed by clicking any WarBug windsock. All time high score can be viewed at http://warbug.net
