It has a storage area on the first floor and a mezzanine accessible via a metal staircase at the back of the workshop.
The door is a vertical curtain door equipped with the Kool-Door system (original sound).
Two functional copper lamps hang from the ceiling. The switch that controls them is near the door.
A functional clock decorates the building's pediment.
The whole is 90 prims and costs only L$750.
