Give your water a nice color with the Water Color Effect.
The Water Color Effect comes as three textured megaprims with the sizes: 20x20, 30x30 and 40x40 metres.
The prims have Copy permission, so you can use them as much as you want.
The prims have Modify permission, so you can change the color, the transparency and glow. Included is some info about how to do that.

I love this...
it really does add that tropical effect I was looking for. It's self modifiable though... no presets.
