Small waterfall, 1 water stream, sound and mist effects.
Sitting animation included (meditating position), just touch the front rock (no ugly poseballs here!)

Nothing too fancy...
Reasonable both on prims and on price. Wish I could modify it but that's the only "downside" I've found.
