Waterfall Trail SWEET SPOT - Back Garden

Made specially for the new Linden Home 1024 sized parcels, but perfect for any parcel 32 meters in width that needs a touch of color, this Sweet Spot adds lots of beauty but doesn't take up much space. It fits nicely into the back or side area of a Linden Home parcel (32m across) and has a depth from front to back of only 7m.

Waterfall Trail is a lovely little Sweet Spot of nature consisting of a rock trail leading to a beautiful waterfall on one end, and an enchanting gazebo on the other. An abundance of high-quality landscaping adorns the trail and waterfall.
All Sweet Spots rez or have accessories, and in this case a Butterfly Bench provides a nice seat to view the waterfall from, and has numerous animation.
** Plants are alpha-masked to reduce lag & transparency conflicts.

* Back Gardens are meant to be placed against the back border of a parcel, whether lined with shrubs or not, but back gardens can also go to the side of a parcel if there's enough space (depth is only 7 meters).

* Includes 2 versions - one version created to rest on flat ground, and another version resting on a frame that is half meter in height, providing a nice border -- the frame lifts the garden a bit in case the parcel land is not even (flowers won't sink in the ground with a frame under them).
The frame can easily be re-textured from the old wooden look to another if desired - select only the sides for this.

* Bonus Peace Rock Butterfly Rezzer (10 choices), provided as a separate piece to place in the garden if desired.

** Be sure and check out all the differently shaped gardens (for corners, side areas, central areas, and areas to the back of a parcel). Having a nicely landscaped parcel is easy!
