Waterfall w/Pond and Palm Tree byGabe is a great stand alone item or a fun way to spice up your beach property.
The waterfalls emit the pleasant sound of falling water and are only 24 prims. It fits in a 8x8m space.
It can be converted to an off sim display. Also pose balls can be added to it on and off sim.

If you need assistance for converting the display to off sim, it can be done for a nominal fee.
