Waterfront Cottage "Margarita"

The Waterfront Cottage "Margarita" is ideal for beach settings or any other environment,
It can be use as a resort or hotel or a simple house.

This package contains:

1.-Waterfront Cottage "Margarita" OD Rezzer NM/NT
The Rezzer Box where the items are to be "build"
Instructions on how to properly rez the item!
From your inventory rezz in the center the floor or your land the Waterfront Cottage "Margarita" OD Rezzer NM/NT,
Or simply "Rezzer Box", then click "Build" and it automatically will rezz all the objects,
Due to sim lag or land elevation or any other issue the beach house might not rez properly,
To fix this problem simply click edit on the rezzer box and drag it or turn it to your desired spot, is reccommended that the face (bright face) of the box be in front of your av, plus in order to be rezzed on a 1024 lot the box needs to be put in the center or middle of land as this house is designed to fit that type of lot (1024).

2.-Waterfront Cottage "Margarita"
The Waterfront Cottage "Margarita" building contains 154 prims as a single object, it is Convex Hulled at 82 prims for your convenience, it you need the 154 prims of the house simply edit it and simply change the physics shape type on the feautures tab and click on "prim".
The floors are unlinked to avoid the "invisible box" of convex hull.

3.-In the Earth Level or lower floor is The Coffee Table w/chairs wicker set is not convex hull as it increases the number of prims, actual prim count is 14 for this set!.

4.-in the first floor or second level above ground is the Pool Bar is not convex hull fro the same reason that increases the prim count, total prim count of the pool is 17 prims, drinks and wine can be unlinked if necesssary for less prims!.

5.-In the same second level or first floor is a double lounger for two people separated, originally 25 prims but convex hull it to 15-16 prims for land impact purposes!

6.-In the Same level you will find a Couples Lounger to spend that romantic evenings with your partner! Convex Hull to 9 prims, originally 13 prims.

7.-In the third floor or top level you will find a bar and stools, the bar is anexed to the whole building so it counts as part of the beach house!, but the barstools are linked apart,
These are 3 Modern Bar stool of 2 prims each total of 6 twisted prims is not convex hull due to increase of land impact!.

8.-in the front facade or view of the Waterfront Cottage is a set of four modern sofa and coffee table for 9 prims includings sit poses, is not convex hull it!.

9.-in the back is another set of modern sofas with a total prim count of 13 prims including sitting poses.

10.-The Waterfront Cottage comes with a set of wall lamps posted on corners to ligth it on night,
Original count of 42 prims, but convex hull it to 32 prims, depending on viewer or otehr factors prim count might be between 32 to 37 prims.

Note:Items were convex hull it in order to minimize land impact and as well where put on a rezzer box separately so the owner can chose to keep or erase any of the items and leave the beach house itself with no furniture etc, whether to save prims or to add oneselves!
The settings are Modify and Copy but no transfer, some items might be only copy and no mod due to that some poses are no mod, poses can be changed by your own!

Total prim count when convex hull is 197 prims it might increase upon viewer or other factors, but not much, please do not like the sets that are already linked as they are, as this may increase the whole build much more!
