This is just a fun little structure I made for my own personal waterfront area.
A very unique design allowing smaller boats to pull up and under for loading and unloading.
Would be perfect for a cannery, fishing area, or maybe even an arcade off the boardwalk!
There's enough room on the top floor to house two bowling lanes or factory machinery.
