A watermill with moving wheel animations, and spray mist. The wheel fits on one side of the building, or can be moved to the rear (with careful editing of all the pieces, and editing the rotation script). This building can be used as a sawmill, a lumber mill, a grain grinding mill, etc.
The upper apartment has two floors, including a useable attic area.

Very beautifully made
I was surprised at the level of attention gone into texturizing and details of this build. Very nicely done. The wheel's water animations aren't great, but for the price, nobody should care.
