The table and chair include scripts for easy adjustment of the height offset.
The sitting and drinking animations are basic and work best with your regular animation overrider TURNED ON. The animations are priority 5, so they should override your standing AO. Watch the video (link below) to see the animations without AO.
The sit and cup and saucer hold animations will work in No Script zones too, if you wear them and fly up to 80 m altitude and then back to the ground again.
