An excellent quality mesh WEATHER BUOY with many realistic features: Flashing light, spinning wind gauge, bell sound,very slow angled turning motion, nice textures... all that and only 4 impact mesh.
You can see this product in-world at the end of the pier at e-brink's Sunset Beach Arts - and also more of my quality work. It's one of the most natural and pleasant sims on SL.

where is the bell?
It goes ding ding, but I can't see the bell in the build.
At least have the sound switch on/off please, or no bell sound at all, thank you.

This is a very lovely buoy.
My only complaint is that the flashing light is too bright to use it where I wanted to. Would be much better if it only flashed full bright and glow, or had some prim lighting adjustment.
