If your looking for a low prim welcome area fro your sim with a low cost and looks good this is it.
There is really nothing fancy about this its just a small welcome area fro your sim or for anything else you wish to use for it
I made it low prim so if you happen to have a sim that your trying save on prims and cut corners on this would work well for that
