I had problems rezzing this item because I really only been here about 6 weeks and am a slow learner. Never got tutoring and did not youtube. I learned by lots of messes.
The creator Natalie actually IMed me to make sure I was ok, because I kept re-delivering to figure out the mistakes I kept doing. (lost my doorbase in trash, don't even know what I did)

I do not know where else you get such attention, concern and customer service. I am really impressed and very happy with the doormat and the design. (multiple textures to choose)
