WHAT DOES THIS SCRIPT DO?
When an avatar enters the prim area:
- Detects avatars entering the area
- Sends the welcome message only once per visit
- Prevents message spam
- Resets automatically when the club is empty

You can change:
* Range: 96.0
* Scan time: 10.0
* Welcome message text
* Add DJ info, rules, events, etc.
Example message:
" Welcome to Nube Viajera Club \nLive DJ · Adult Venue · Enjoy your stay!"
