Overview

The Wellbot Concierge system consists of two integrated components: the Concierge Control HUD and the Greeter HUD Attachment. Together they transform bot avatars into intelligent store greeters that answer product questions, remember customer preferences, and welcome visitors 24/7.

Concierge Control HUD

The Concierge Control HUD transforms bot avatars into intelligent store assistants that answer product questions, provide recommendations, and engage with customers using actual store inventory data.

Store Knowledge Base:
The Store Knowledge Base is your bot's source of truth for product information. Add products with names, descriptions, prices, permissions, and SLURLs. Your bot uses this information to answer customer questions accurately—it won't make up product details.

Character Customization:
Persona notecards allow you to customize each bot's personality, name, and behavior. Define assistant names, personality descriptions, system prompts, and up to 16 hard rules.

Greeter HUD Attachment

The Greeter HUD is worn by bot avatars and automatically detects and welcomes visitors to your store. It scans for nearby avatars every 10 seconds (configurable) within 1-96 meters (default 20m), greeting each visitor once per session. Supports parcel-only or region-wide scanning, with automatic server IM or owner prompt notification modes. When a bot logs in via the Concierge Control HUD, the greeter automatically configures with the bot's ID and control token—no manual setup required. Customize via GreeterConfig notecard: greeting message, scan radius/interval, scanning options, and email alerts for low points. Touch the Greeter HUD for enable/disable, status check, and configuration viewing.

System Integration

The systems work seamlessly together. Setup flow: Attach Greeter to bot → Wear Control HUD → Pair bot → Configure Store KB → Bot logs in → Greeter auto-configures. The Control HUD broadcasts bot configuration when bots log in. Bots maintain their personalities in both automatic greetings and customer conversations.

Points System

Wellbot uses a points-based billing system tied to the HUD owner. Points are consumed for bot logins (1 point per login), AI messages (based on tokens used, typically 1 point per 1K tokens), and Knowledge Base queries (0.5 points per query, rounded to 1 point after every two queries).
