How many times have you bought a piece of furniture and found it wasn’t quite the right size or shade needed to work with the intended room’s decor? Or move and find that it’s not in tune with the sim theme, house design or just doesn’t fit in the new room?

The Welsh Hutch has classic style that will work on historical sims or with contemporary country style.

It is a piece of sculpted furniture with a 22 veneer touch to change menu. It is set to copy/mod so that you can rez or copy as many pieces as you need and change the size tot work with the room’s proportions.

Move to a new sim with a different theme and it can morph to match the new surroundings. Choose the Tudor veneer for medieval, the mahogany’s, oak’s or cherries for Victorian, the burls for deco, the rough or worn for shabby chic. The delivery box includes a builder’s texture, white with shaded edges that can be dropped into the texture tab and tinted with color if you prefer that to a wood finish. Tinting can also be added to the veneers to subtly change their shadings.

Rez it, choose a veneer, then edit the size on the object tab to sculpt the piece into the proportions you need.

If script lag is a concern on you sim, set the piece to the veneer you want, edit it, go to the contents tab and remove the script. As long as the original copy/mod piece is in your inventory you will be able to rez another modifiable piece with a working menu.
