The Westbury House is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath with animations, all the furniture have sits and props, Kitchen has a grilling animations as well, front porch lights turn on but the bottom to the right of the door. This house has room to grow, None of the furniture is linked to the house so if you choose to use your own then that's fine too. This house fits on a 26.5 x 36.4 M foot prints. 174 prims after you save and remove the rez box, My suggestion is to keep the rez box and just make it invisible for taking this home down later if you decide to move.
